Meet The Team
Robert Skasko
Founder & Provider
Robert’s 23-year career in medicine began in Pennsylvania, where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in biology at Misericordia University, where he was an all-conference baseball standout for the Cougars. He went on to DeSales University, where he earned his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies, training at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. Once out of PA school, “Bobby”, as his patient’s have come to affectionately know him, was hired at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Wilkes-Barre, PA, where he practiced general, thoracic, vascular, and minimally Invasive surgery.
In 2006, Bobby split off to focus primarily in vascular surgery where he earned the title of Chief Physician Assistant. While serving as Chief PA in Vascular Surgery, Bobby also found the desire to further his knowledge base by moonlighting as a Critical Care Physician Assistant in the ICU. During Covid, Bobby was re-deployed to the ICU, at his request, to really try and make a difference during that tumultuous time.
In 2022, Bobby made the decision to leave vascular surgery to practice critical care full-time.
In 2024, Bobby and his wife, Tearany, fulfilled a longstanding desire and moved to Florida, where they now reside in Bonita Springs, FL.
Bobby’s extensive experience in vascular surgery and critical care, where precision, safety, and patient trust were paramount, carved the practitioner that he is today. His transition into medical aesthetics was fueled by a passion for helping people look and feel their best at every stage of life. His extensive clinical background ensures every treatment is performed with the highest level of safety and skill, while his warm, approachable manner puts clients at ease from the moment they walk through the door.
At Mia Bella Aesthetics and Wellness, Bobby integrates advanced aesthetic and wellness training with the discipline of medical practice, offering treatments that are both safe and highly personalized. Known for his approachable nature and meticulous attention to detail, he focuses on subtle enhancements that honor each client’s natural beauty while promoting long-term skin and overall health. Whether delivering subtle enhancements or comprehensive treatment plans, Bobby’s focus is always on individualized care, natural beauty, and long-term skin health.
Bobby and Tearany have 2 sons, Gage and Caden, and share their home with their English bulldog Murphy and French bulldog Daphne.
